A Stout with Coffee is a series of stouts we created to feature local coffee roasters, and observe the results of different beans in beer. We keep the ABV relatively low, and while it's rich and full-bodied, we let the coffee do most of the talking.
This brew was made using Sam James' Idido beans from Ethiopia, lending notes of rhubarb, cotton candy and jasmine.
