Barn Owl No.37

Barn Owl is a series of one-off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem them ripe for picking. No. 37 is a blend of barrel aged wild ales, dry-hopped and conditioned on Gamay grapes.

This beer will satisfy wildly on acidic, stone fruit flavours, funk, and oak fronts.
