Bine Hunter (2024)

Wet hop beers utilize whole cone, fresh hop flowers straight from the bine (not a typo! A bine is a long, flexible stem of a climbing plant).

This rare seasonal treat depends on the previous fall's hop harvest, and we were lucky enough to get local Cascade hop flowers from Hayhoe Hops in Aylmer, Ontario for this year's Bine Hunter edition.
