Bourbon Barrel Aged Hellwoods

Hellwoods was the very first imperial stout we ever brewed, and has morphed over the years from a traditionally bitter, roasty/toasty stout to one that's full bodied and chewy...but, naturally, we had to push it one step further.

This special rendition of Hellwoods was aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels, resulting in slightly oaky, complex whiskey notes.
