Boiled for 18 hours, aged in bourbon barrels for 20 months, and dosed with rich cacao and sweet vanilla, CHUNK is an over-the-top Imperial Stout heavily inspired by chocolate confections. And because we tend to be enthusiastic when it comes to adjuncts, it is also the most heavily augmented, concentrated, and rich sensory experiences one can seek out in the world of Ontario beer.

Is it thick? It's thick. Velvety? Soo velvety? A fleeting simulation of life on planet Choconut where entire townships are crafted from the fragrant insides of a vanilla pod?
