Cutting Bells is a revisitedĀ collaborative beer with Trillium Brewing Company out of Boston.Ā Our first time brewing this honey-laden DIPA was backĀ in October of 2017, when 6000+ cans sold out in 24 hours š®. We figured it was time to re-up the supply.
Hoppy, slightly sweet, and tied to the Ontario terroir, Cutting Bells is the perfect mashup of US and Canadian DIPAs.Ā Ā It features notes of tropical mango, juicy pineapple, fresh berries and meadow flowers.
