Double Monogamy: Simcoe

Double Monogamy Simcoe is a spin on our classic series of single hop IPAs -- the delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.

In this version we bumped up the hops, taking us into DIPA territory. 

What it smells like, what it tastes like: Brewed exclusively with Simcoe hops, this beer showcases notes of cantaloupe, mango nectar and clementine.
