FRILLS IPA (Freestyle Peacherine SubZero Hop Kief, HBC586 Mosaic, Simcoe)

If 'Monogamy' explores how a single hop performs in an IPA, and 'AN IPA' explores how different hop combinations perform together in an IPA, then 'FRILLS' is our series that explores how different experimental hop products perform in an IPA.

This particular batch uses Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops. Hop Kief is a concentrated lupulin hop liquid that contains all the resins and oils that make hops pop, and none of the vegetal matter that don't.

In combination with some interesting hops in their own right, this batch of Frills has huge notes of yellow Starburst candies, Skittles and freshly cut grass.
