Gold Rush Pilsner
Several years ago we brewed a run of lagers that were built on the same base recipe, but featured different Escarpment Labs yeasts. It allowed us to learn the nuances between different strains, and hone our lager-making processes.
Gold Rush Pilsner is brewed with a minimal dry-hop to allow the yeast to really shine, and the result is a crisp, pleasantly bitter, subtly spicy lager.
Expect notes of wildflower honey, a fresh pack of raisins, and a crisp ocean breeze.Â
