Monogamy: Calypso

Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. In other words, it's a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.

What is smells like, what it tastes like: Brewed exclusively with Calypso, this beer showcases notes of key lime, mint, pear and black pepper.
