Monogamy Sultana

Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. Ie, a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.

What is smells like, what it tastes like: Brewed exclusively with Sultana hops, which impart lots of old-school West Coast IPA characteristics within a hazy body alongside notes of cedar, green tea and coconut water.
