Paper Moon is a tasty collab we dreamed up with Third Moon Brewing. This West Coast Pilsner uses Amarillo and Simcoe hops that bring forward a firm bitterness and full body of an old school West Coast IPA, yet is countered with the cleanliness, crispiness, and crushability of a pilsner.
Dank, overripe fruit aromatics on the nose make way for flavours of white peach, lavender and grapefruit zest. You’ll want to skip shooting for the stars and head straight to the moon on this one.
